After a month of horrible organisation, the tournament seems to have failed miserably for the same reasons most other tournaments failed: inactive participants.

In the end, only the following three teams participated:

• Sisjan, Greenpoint
• XIlledanx-ward- and Borowa
• Mnib & Hurrico

Despite the tournament being absolute fail (http://www.itttourneys.hqforums.com/feb-tourney-failing-it-seems-dot-dot-dot-vt45.html), at least it reached a conclusion, with the winners being XIlledanx-ward- and Borowa.
